I worked for the insurance company that set up an appt with SERVPRO N Lauderdale/W Tamarac for a mold job in our x-ray room. I was so impressed at how Erica followed up weekly to ensure we are on track for repairs.  

I would like to offer a word of warning. I had leaks and what looked like mold. I did not choose SERVPRO and went with another company that told me my insurance will pay for everything. Neither they nor I even know if I have mold coverage. They painted me a pretty picture and I bought it. SERVPRO tried to take it step by step but I chose the other company because I liked they were more aggressive. Now I am stuck. I should have gone with SERVPRO.   

My dentist office storage fridge leaked in the closet. As the office manager, I had to report it. The insurance company sent out SERVPRO and they removed the floor panels and put down drying equipment. We are very pleased with the level of professionalism.

Just wanted to say how I loved the customer service I received when looking for a cleaning lady. I was hoping SERVPRO offered that because the water damage was cleaned up and I thought I could hire them for regular house cleaning, too. Well, they were so nice and even though they don't do regular house cleaning I will certainly keep their number and recommend them to my friends.

I know SERVPRO is cream of the crop. I recommended them to a landlord I know because a tenant passed away in his property. The body was there for days so the smell was pretty bad. The landlord was impressed by SERVPRO Tamarac but wanted to save some money. 

He brought someone cheaper and the apartment still smells! You get what you pay for! No doubt SERVPRO would have known just what to do.
