Commercial Water Loss

Commercial water damage struck this Broward office over the weekend when a plumbing failure in a bathroom allowed water to flow into the office space freely. The flooded carpeting was discovered on Monday morning when the manager opened the office. He immediately called the building management company, and they called SERVPRO of North Lauderdale / West Tamarac. We were at the site within an hour and began cleaning up the water. We employed the use of commercial air movers, weighted extraction and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying phase of the project. We were able to strategically place our equipment in a way that allowed the staff to continue to work while we mitigated the water damage.
