After a heavy rain, the roof was damaged and the water weighed upon the insulation and drywall ceiling panels. We discarded the soaked water damaged materials. We set up air movers and a dehumidifier to increase the evaporation rate of the area. By sealing off the affected area and adding an air scrubber, we kept the living quarters in a cleaner and more sanitary condition while expediting the drying process above. We returned the following day to verify the return to normal RH conditions and lightly fogged the attic area with an antimicrobial product.
